In the Summit Program for high school sophomores and juniors, the young leaders are empowered to determine their personal brand and connect this newly owned brand to leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit. These same young leaders network with peers and community leaders to better understand how to use their personal strengths to become future leaders. Ultimately, growth in their personal confidence is the true goal.

Summit Program is a chance for high school sophomores and juniors to be empowered to understand their personal brand. Each individual young adult will connect with other young leaders to grow their network. Community members also pour into each of the young leaders with time and talent.

Growth of personal confidence is the ultimate goal in the program. As the young adult continues in the program, the vision is to have each individual connect their personal brand with a well-defined leadership identity.
