5 High Schools, 50 Freshmen Leaders!

Jumpstart Program is an opportunity for high school freshmen in Northeast Indiana truly understand their personal strengths and connect these strengths with their values, principles and core beliefs.

Freshmen from the region are able to develop a network of humble, hungry and smart young adults, just like them. As the young leaders grow, the goal is for each individual to continue in the program and build their brand and leadership identity.

First held virtually in December 2020, and most recently in-person in December 2021, students attend a 1-day Jumpstart Leadership Conference featuring a Start Where You Are theme – focused on introductions to personal brand. Additionally, students meet monthly to explore unique leadership styles.
