PAVE THE PATH: JUMPSTART

In the Jumpstart Program for high school freshmen, the young leaders are introduced to the basics of truly understanding yourself. The program provides the opportunity for the young leaders to dig into their personal values, core principles and CliftonStrengths. Each of the humble, hungry and smart freshmen leaders are asked to grow their sense of self and conclude by connecting that sense of self with their abilities to lead. The mission of the Jumpstart Program is to build the personal foundation of self to eventually apply in the Summit or Trailblazer Programs in the development of their personal brand and leadership skills.
