Pave the Path Youth Leadership Program
Pave the Path (PTP) is a youth leadership program that challenges high school students to explore and connect their unique strengths and personal brands to leadership. Starting with the Jumpstart program, for high school freshman, leading into the Summit program for high school sophomores and juniors, and ending with the Trailblazer mentor program, for those who have completed both Jumpstart and Summit programs.
For the past eight years, Pave the Path has inspired students to live through its slogan “I am My Brand”, encouraging young leaders to live through their personal strengths and core values.

Note from the Director
"Pave the Path Youth Leadership Program is a chance for young leaders to better understand their true selves. The mission is for young adults to own their personal strengths, live through their values and core principles, and connect it to future leadership opportunities.
For the past eight years, PTP has impacted over 1,700 young adults through its programming. Our current and former students have found ways to incorporate their newly found leadership skills in ways that utilize their strengths. Today, our reach has extended across the country. Our Trailblazers are located in 16 different states and can be found on college campuses, military bases, and working for corporations and businesses across industries.
Our local community has poured its support into our young leaders. Each year, 40+ community leaders gift us their time, talents, and expertise through workshops and seminars, helping to expand our leaders’ skills and prepare them for future opportunities.
As our slogan states, "I Am My Brand," our young leaders are living and breathing their brands.”
